Netshop looks fairly reliable and ticks your EU requirements (locations, decent uptime, and flexibility), so it’s worth considering. Just keep in mind it’s a bit niche, so I’d still compare before deciding. If you want something simpler with solid support, Fresh Roasted Hosting is also worth a look, even if location isn’t strictly EU-focused.
