Both companies seem to be nice for me. What should I do?

My honest suggestion:
Before committing to either, do two things

Check Trustpilot/HostAdvice reviews yourself (dated within the last 6–12 months, since hosts can change fast)

If they offer a short-term or monthly plan, test it for a month before going annual; that's the safest way to judge actual uptime/support quality firsthand rather than trusting reviews alone.
