Title: Request for Budget-Friendly Dedicated Server in Europe

Minimum requirements include 32 GB RAM, 2 × 1 TB SSD, and 10 TB monthly bandwidth.
A 1 Gbps port is preferred. My monthly budget is up to $100. Is GTHost.com dedicated hosting good?
