If you have ever tried servers from superbithost.com (https://www.superbithost.com/offshore-dedicated-server.php), share your experience with me please as I plan to have a deal with them.
So any input is welcome.

I believe that you need to widen the range of your search, try to look at pirateshosting.net servers.
The pricing is ridiculously cheap, especially when combined with a coupon. Easy admin tools. Haven't had any reliability issues.
