Title: German Servers?

Most of my clients are located in EU, Germany. I need stable server with 450 gbs of space, 4 gbs of RAM and 5000 gbs of bandwidth, Windows.
QHoster.com were recommended to me as a good host. What can you say about them? need feedbacks. Also any alternatives?

Have a look at servers from oissite.com (http://oissite.com/Products/VMWare/Linux/linux_servers.aspx) and hostsailor.com (http://hostsailor.com/), they are well-balanced and prices are competitive.
Servers have no downtime and there are no outages on them.
