Been hosting for years - is hostpro.com worth a look?

[tomamber]

I've been through my fair share of hosts, good and bad. hostpro.com keeps coming up lately - anyone with real long-term experience? I care about daily backups and DDoS protection more than flashy features.

Decent hosting plans are available from hostingsource.com and operavps.com.
Good hosting companies provide good servers and the prices are reasonable. The design of the sites is really simple and it is very convenient and easy to use.
