Comparing shared plans from hosting.uk and misterhost.net, which plan would you sign up with and why?

I was recommended to try hostforweb.com as a host that offered excellent value, and most importantly for me, as a complete novice, excellent support.
I like this hosting service. Good support information including knowledgebase and regularly updated system status.
