Where to get offshore dedicated hosting?

I have found only one company so far: warez-host.com.
Their offshore dedicated hosting looks good to me. What would you say about them as well?

I have several sites hosted at waez-host.com offshore dedicated server and have been with them for about 3 months now. I'm very pleased with the features offered, uptime, performance, and support I have received. Several times I needed help and if I couldn't find the answer at email, I called Skype support and received a response or fix within minutes.
