Both of them are good, but at the same time completely different providers.
qhoster.com is good when you consider mostly EU based server locations.
kvchosting.net- US based web hosting main specialization of which is SSD based solutions

I think various providers can be used for various purposes.
That is the key.
I have several shared accounts with hostingsource.com. So far they work fast and I'm satisfied.

If you check https://cloudarion.com/virtual-servers/ you will discover that they have several locations within the Europe: Germany, Switzerland and Russia. That is a good option I think, bacause you have always the opportunity to move within those locations.

qhoster.com has a lot of positive moments. Such as -  lots of server locations, variety of payment options. So I would better chose them.

kvchosting.net is known mostly for SSD services, so make sure if you need them. In this case service is a bit more expensive. But if you are looking for the general solution I would recommend you having a look at hostingsource.com or ovh.net.
