Managed vs Unmanaged VPSes?

Managed vs Unmanaged VPS: Which one should I choose as a beginner, and what are the key differences?,
I also came across Fresh Roasted Hosting, they offer managed VPS hosting. I like their pricing, but I’m a bit confused about what “managed VPS” actually means.

Try VPS deals from just.hosting and legionbox.com.
They have awesome support teams. With 100% uptime we never face any critical problem. If a little problem arises, their support teams solve that instantly.
