VPS plans from coinshosting.com ( COINSHOSTING (50% OFF)) and owned-networks.net are worth trying.
It's been an amazing experience. Customer support is unbelievably fast. Never experienced any downtime with my websites.

I'd like to say that Libertyvps.net is the most professional and engaging technical professionals I've dealt with in the past 10 years. 
Leaving that apart, things have been great so far - it was easy to setup the site, transfer the files/sql data and so I'm giving it a 5 throughout.
