i’d go with Fresh Roasted Hosting. They offer reliable performance, responsive support, and good value for the price. Between Brixly and Hostingsource, Brixly generally has the stronger reputation, but Fresh Roasted Hosting would be my pick overall.

Instead of chasing the cheapest deal, I’d suggest looking at what happens when things go wrong. I use hostpro.com, and they run daily backups for every service—something I’ve tested after a bad update broke my entire web stack. Their support operates 24/7 and is staffed by people who actually solve problems. I’ve contacted them about failed updates, hacked files, and even billing questions, and they’ve helped for free each time. That track record is why I’m still with them after two years.

That really depends on what you're hosting.

The right server for a small website or blog can be very different from what's needed for an online store or something that uses a lot of resources. So it's difficult to say which option is better without knowing a little more about what you're planning to run.

I wouldn't look at specs and pricing alone. Things like uptime, support, backups, and how easy it is to scale if you need more resources later are just as important.
