Superbithost.com seems to be the best in this realm, am I right?

For my advice you can try to search by vpb.com. Here provide different server lacated in hongkong. customers speak highly about it.and their support tech team with 7*24 hours service.

If you ask me, I have also seen really resourceful VPS hosting solutions in Hong Kong offered by Vpsnine.com
25% of selected yearly plans till 1 Nov 2015. The uptime is excellent, their promise of 99.9% is correct.
