Cheap hosting is needed

I need a cheap account and two hosts are in my mind: yourwebsite.com and hostround.com. So which way is better to follow?

The performance gain is 4 times faster read and 2 times better write speed. Yourwebsite.com is great web host.
They continue to impress me with their high quality included web applications, powerful control panel, great reliability and excellent pricing.

ANY ticket I submitted had a response in less than 10 minutes and the staff at yourwebsite.com was always willing to help work through an issue.
The main point here is that if you do need help, it's there for you. I am very happy to say that when I needed their help, they were there.
