VPS Hosting Provider is Required

Hi Guys,
I'm looking for a web hosting provider for someone who is starting out building websites.
What I'm looking for:
1) support multiple domains
2) good with WordPress
3) supports Cpanel
4) I'm good with $20-$30 a month
I'm just starting out and have no experience with web service providers, the only thing I have picked out is my domain name.
Have you ever tried greenwebpage.com hosting? Is it reliable?

I am very happy with greenwebpage.com hosting services. The prices are cheap and their customer service is excellent!
The technical support is outstanding - support tickets tend to get a response within minutes, which usually resolves the problem.

Can say greenwebpage.com server uptime and overall speed performance are outstanding and consistent.
I'd recommend them quite highly if you're looking for reliable host along with helpful support team.
