Powerful VPS for machine learning tasks?

Looking for a VPS with dedicated CPU cores and strong GPU support for machine learning tasks.
I’d also prefer providers with flexible upgrade options. Will it be worth trying Rightservers.com VPS hosting? Any solid recommendations?
