Looking for VPS That Supports Nested Virtualization

Need KVM VPS where nested virtualization works for testing vSphere/Proxmox.
Specs: 4 vCPU, 16 GB RAM ideal. Must provide custom ISO, rescue mode, and snapshot support.
Transparent CPU allocation is a bonus. Thinking to try GTHost.com vps hosting - will it be worh using their services?
