Hosting for a local band page?
« on: September 23, 2026, 03:02:48 PM »
I'm building a simple page for a local band and need shared hosting. Is hostpro.com a reliable option? Daily backups and DDoS protection would be great

For a simple band page, basic shared hosting will do the job easily, it is a light site, so almost any decent host can handle it.

Just make sure to ask in advance whether daily backups and DDoS protection are included in the plan, since some hosts only offer those on higher tiers or as paid extras.

Take your time to consider Hostpresto.com UK hosting solutions. Their pricing is transparent, and there are no hidden fees — great deal! I didn’t expect much difference at first, but the customer support and transparency from my green hosting provider have been outstanding. Get 20 months of hosting, for the price of 10. Buy any new annual Web, Premium, Reseller, Email or Cloud Server hosting package and pay for just 10 months. Use code 20YEARS at checkout.

One option I’d include in a VPS comparison is HostPro. They offer KVM VPS servers with NVMe storage and locations in Warsaw, Amsterdam, and Tampa. Their daily backup system keeps copies for 30 days and supports both full-server and granular restoration, including databases, folders, and individual files. Technical support is available 24/7.

I’d take a look at Fresh Roasted Hosting. Their shared hosting is a good fit for a simple band website, with LiteSpeed, free SSL, cPanel, backups, and 24/7 human support. They also focus on small websites and straightforward hosting, so it’s worth checking out if you want something simple and reliable.
